Each year Claridon Community Helps adopts a need in the community during the holiday season. This year we have decided to focus on the elderly in our community. We feel the seniors living in assisted living homes have been hardest hit with the pandemic as they went months and months without having visitors. We have 19 individuals either living in an assisted living community or at home with family not in the area that we will be providing Christmas for. We cannot do it without your help. All donations we receive now through Giving Tuesday will be used to purchase the items on our senior's wish list.
Donations can also be mailed to Claridon Community Helps, PO Box 12, E Claridon OH 44033
Claridon Community Helps is a non-profit organization that works together to assist families and individuals in Claridon and surrounding towns who may have come on difficult times. We are passionate about helping others, improving their situation and providing the best possible resources available. We believe in "Neighbors helping Neighbors".

Drive Thru Service
Our Community Dinners are held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Claridon Congregational Church from 5 - 6:30 p.m. (13942 Mayfield Road) The church is handicap accessible. This is a free dinner. Donations are accepted but not expected. The idea is whether you just want a night out with friends, don't want to eat alone tonight, or don't have food in the refrigerator it doesn't matter because we are all enjoying dinner together.
