Claridon Community Helps is pleased to announce a weekend food program for children in Middlefield. (Why Middlefield? Because we have to start somewhere.) We have received a donation of shelf stable food. Each Friday we will deliver a grocery bag of food to your door until school is out for the year or the donation runs out, whichever comes first. 

 

This is not like our "Now That's What I'm Talking About!" Summer Lunch program where children receive fresh homemade food. This is shelf stable prepackaged food.

If you need, (I always told my children need is different then want) food for your child on the weekend, please fill out the registration form. We are only collecting your child's name, age, address and your contact information.

If you live outside of Middlefield and would like to register your child, you would need to pick up the bag of groceries from the bench outside the door of Claridon Congregational Church, 13942 Mayfield Road on Fridays.
